You will always be given the best available rate at the time of booking.

We require a valid credit card on file to hold reservations. During the high season or special events we may require a deposit of the first night's rate in advance of your arrival. If reservations aren't cancelled 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit the deposit of the first night's stay.

Single Private Room (1 twin bed) (unavailabe until 01/08/2010) $ 65 and $ 80 per person
Double Private Room (2 twin beds) between $ 40 and $ 48 per person
City View room (2 twin beds)

Back Bay Room ( 1 full bed)
must book entire room 		room rate between $ 80 and $ 100
Emerald Queen ( 1 queen bed
must book entire room 		between $ 80 and $110
Triple Room (can be 1 room or 2 rooms)
total of 3 twin beds 		1 to 3 persons $ 99 and $132
Quad Room (private room 4 twin beds) must book entire room 1 to 4 persons $ 99 and $132 divide rate by number of persons in group
