Experienced Health Education and Diversity Professionals
YWCA Boston is seeking top-notch, experienced health education and diversity professionals at all levels to dramatically enhance and expand its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. Specifically, the organization seeks to further its efforts to reduce health disparities among low-income women and girls of color, and to expand community-based programs to increase Boston’s civic engagement on race and ethnic relations. Interested staff-level candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of direct women’s community health education, diversity and/or volunteer and community organizing project experience. Social media and multi-lingual skills preferred. Managerial candidates must have ten or more years of successful personnel, volunteer, program and fund management experience in growing women’s health education and/or inter-racial community-building. Master’s degree preferred. All candidates must have the passion and drive to be part of a multi-cultural, fast-paced, disciplined, efforts-to-outcomes-oriented team.
