Community Dialogues Facilitator Application

YWCA Boston Community Dialogues is seeking experienced facilitators, teachers or mediators who are interested in becoming a part of our corps of volunteer interracial dialogues facilitators. To qualify, applicants must have experience wirth group faciitation, and must be willing to commit to co-facilitate a minimum of one five-session race dialogue series in a neighborhood of Boston (such as five consecutive Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Dorchester).
