Controller

Controller Solomon Dass joined YWCA Boston in 2008. He is responsible for the daily financial operations of the organization and its affiliates, bringing more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience to his role.

Prior to joining YWCA, Solomon was president of Dass Enterprises, a family-owned company providing OEM and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges to small businesses. 

Before starting his own business in 2005, Solomon served as the CFO/Controller of Le Redoute USA, an international marketer of women’s apparel based in Roubaix France.

Before his tenure with Redoute, Solomon managed financial planning and analysis for Chadwick’s of Boson and managed store expense planning and analysis for Filenes.

Solomon holds bachelor of business administration and MIS degrees from the University of Memphis.
