Youth/Police Dialogues Facilitator Application

 

YWCA Boston Youth/Police Dialogues is seeking experienced facilitators, teachers or mediators who are interested in becoming a part of our corps of volunteer interracial dialogues facilitators. To qualify, applicants must have experience with group faciitation, working with system-involved youth, and must be willing to commit to co-facilitate a minimum of two four-session race dialogue series in a neighborhood of Boston (such as four consecutive Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Dorchester).
